Performance has always been a top priority with Richard Hearn. Team Hearn Motorsports state-of-the-art-facility located in North Webster, IN mirrors its owner's philosophy: performance paired with style.

In 2016, Hearn Motorsports, L.L.C.,  purchased a 4500 sq. foot facility that was quickly renovated and converted into the Team Headquarters.  HMS provides ample room to house the fleet of four inboard boats along with a small fleet of outboard race boats piloted by the younger members. The shop also contains a machine shop, engine assembly room, paint booth and private quarters for the Team Manager and Chief Tuner who work tirelessly on and off season to keep everything running smoothly.
